0.2 Patch

This patch adds numerous bug fixes as well as some new features and balance changes.
- Randomization of armor has been expanded. Each piece can now have multiple special properties.
- Enemies can now benefit from more random properties in armors (they all have one random piece on them!)
- More armor special properties can now stack for a larger effect. Base effects have been lowered somewhat to compensate.
- Homing special can now have varying homing curves in projectile weapons. Try it out!
- Enemies now have somewhat less HP, especially in multiplayer.
- Enemies now stop spawning after they drop all their loot.
- Shields are now stronger.
- Other minor balance changes.
- Several bug fixes.
